With its dramatically ported frame and spool architecture, this highly machined and anodized, large arbor fly reel delivers the handling ease needed to dominate the water through a wide range of conditions. What really stands out about the TFO Power Fly Reel, however, is the drag system. Built around premium carbon-fiber and stainless steel brakes, this drag system uses conical spring washers in place of the coil springs found in standard drawbar reels, which provides a wider, more-exact resistance range; as a result, the large knurled center drag knob offers an easy audible-click adjustment that allows you to precisely customize even the minimum drag settings. Integral clutch bearing minimizes startup inertia, for smooth, accurate casting; easy left/right conversion.
